CONTACT STAFF EXPLORATION Series at the FlowSpace, April 25-May 30

This 5-week series is for folks that already have a foundation in the art of Contact Staff and would like a recharge of inspiration & material right before festival season. The classes are opportunities to tune-up your current skills, experiment with new contact transitions, and train advanced alternatives. We will also spend time on my "Contact Staff Dance" variations that help us drop into flow and connect to our prop from a deeper place within us.
